Nelson is a great and responsive host. The apartment is small and perfect for no more that 2 guests. The neighborhood is safe, clean with lots of nice places to shop and eat. The subway is 3 blocks away. Thanks Nelson, I had a great stayđź‘Ť.

We (two adults and a 2,5 year old child) stayed for four weeks in this apartment in June. The apartment is very well located in a calm area. The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. All the furniture was functioning properly and the outside area was definitely a big bonus of this apartment. The whole apartment had a great charme and we felt “at home” during our stay. Nelson has been a great host and was very forthcoming. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing that was sometimes annoying for us: Someone was living above us who had a very intensive walk which we could hear loud and clear on some days. We would recommend bringing earplugs with you, if you are sensitive to such noise. But to be clear: This apartment and especially Nelson as a host are great! We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to stay again at this place on our next stay in NYC.
